To be included in this study, you must:
Be able to give written informed consent.
Have symptoms and DaTscan results consistent with early Parkinson’s.
Have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s within the last two (2) years, and after age 30.
Not currently be on any Parkinson’s medications, have taken them within 60 days of baseline or for more than a total of 60 days, or be expected to need them for at least 6 months.
Not be pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or at risk of becoming pregnant.
Not have a diagnosis other than Parkinson’s (i.e. atypical or drug-induced parkinsonism, essential tremor) that would explain symptoms of Parkinson’s.
This is not a complete list of eligibility criteria.
Some eligibility criteria must be determined by a doctor during your screening visit. The doctor at your screening visit retains the final right to determine whether you are eligible to participate.
